After moderation, you can post your first CV

  1. Access your recruiter account on Top100.jobs

  2. Select your Preferences: Countries, Industries, Languages, so we can notify you with vacancies you would prefer to work with.

  3. Connect with potential candidates to discuss the job opportunity.

  4. Add colleagues. After accepting invitations, they'll be able to collaborate within your account facilitating efficient recruitment operations.

  5. To create a candidate CV, click the "Create CV" button on your account dashboard.

  6. Fill Candidate CV's form from your own data base.

  7. Our platform will automatically create an account for your candidate, so he/she can easily apply for an interview.

  1. The platform's automated matching system will generate a list of job vacancies that align with the candidates you've uploaded.

  2. Review the matched job listings and compare them with your candidates' profiles.

  3. Recommend vacancies to your candidates.

Select the vacancies that fit your interests

  1. In the "Matched vacancies", carefully review the job listings presented by the platform.

  2. Select the vacancies that you consider suitable for your candidates.

  3. Our platform will notify your candidates about the selected job openings and gauge their interest.

  4. Continue to monitor and manage the application progress.
